Kay's Fettuccine Alfredo
It took me years to figure out how I can create an alfredo sauce that didn't taste suspect. Before I transitioned to the vegan side, fettuccine alfredo was one of my favorite meals. Imagine the heartache knowing that I couldn't eat it anymore! I was determined to figure out how I can make this dish taste nothing less from AMAZING!
I really hope you try this recipe and please let me know how you feel about it. I'd love to repost your attempt at this vegan fettuccine alfredo!
Kay's Shopping List
1 pack of Vegan friendly Fettuccine
noodles
water to boil noodles (follow directions on the pack you purchase)
1 tablespoon olive oil 1 1/2 cup
soaked raw cashews 1 1/2 cup
Vegetable broth 1 1/3 cup(total) of Vegan Parmesan Cheese Shreds (Follow Your Heart brand)
2 1/2 teaspoons pink salt
1 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
Optional: You can also add creole seasoning to give it a lil jazz
