Kay's Strawberry Cheesecake
WHERE ARE ALL MY CHEESECAKE LOVERS? I have always been a huge fan of cheesecake, but once I figured out how to make it dairy-free, I had to share it with you. This recipe is so SIMPLE and it's EXTREMELY tasty! My kids love it, and the next day we made an Oreo cheesecake too. Always keep in mind that a recipe is only a guide; feel free to add more or less sugar to make your dessert as sweet as you need it to be.

Kay's Shopping List
2 containers of Daiya Cream Cheese (plain)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup light brown sugar
2 cups of powdered sugar
TruWhip for topping
Sliced Strawberries
9" graham cracker crust
